We're glad you've decided to join us for EMS EXPO 2025, April 29, 30 & May 1 in historic Hot Springs, Arkansas. EXPO is returning this year to the historic Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, a truly amazing destination conference you don't want to miss. The Louisiana Ambulance Alliance and the Louisiana Rural Ambulance Alliance are proud to co-host along with our friends and colleagues with the Arkansas Ambulance Association.  

For Louisiana association members, EXPO offers convenient registration and special pricing packages. 

PREMIUM PACKAGE

Pre-con Cadaver Lab + 2-day EMS EXPO Conference   *includes 3 nights hotel stay (single or double occupancy) $739.00 
Arrive:  Monday April 28    Depart:  Thursday, May 1

STANDARD PACKAGE

2-day EMS EXPO 2025 Conference *includes 2 nights hotel stay (single or double occupancy) $584.00
Arrive:  Tuesday, April 28    Depart:  Thursday, May 1

¹ NOTE: If you are an ArAA member or any other attendee, please visit the ArAA website www.aaaintouch.com to register. 

² Upon form submission, you will be automatically redirected to a secure PayPal Business website where you can pay registration and hotel fees for all attendees. You do not have to have nor create a PayPal account. Choose the last option "Pay by Debit/Credit Card" to process your payment using all major cards. 

³Registrations are due by Friday, March 7, 2025. No at-the-door registrations will be accepted.
